It's not that, it's just when it comes to technology, not everything works 100% of the time.  There are too many variables, and too many things going on in the world for anyone to keep EVERYTHING imaginable, operational 100% of the time.

Like the other day when Netflix went down on the east coast, know how many people thought it was just their ISP?  Guess what, it wasn't their ISP, it was Amazon Services (which provides services for Netflix).  Somewhere in the chain something is broken, and it may be outside of Hughes control.

I guess you guys just accept paying for products that don't perform as advertised and useless customer service.  Not me. 
My "product" performs better than what is advertised and customer service has worked for me when I needed it.  That's what I pay for.
