When you run the tests, please be sure to follow these instructions fully.  Please be sure to use the correct test file sizes and disable the WiFi in the HT2000W modem while running the tests.  

 

Also, please indicate whether you are out of plan data.

Edit:  Also, please thoroughly read the speed testing instructions I linked to in the other topic and run the tests as instructed, including using the proper test sizes.
