v.e.r.y...s.l.o.w for several days to a week

Getting very slow speeds for several days - weather is great, recently had the antenna repositioned so that should be fine.  Speed test results below, all taken within a couple of hours, but they are indicitave of what I've been seeing for the past several days.  Tested directly from moden, not wifi.

Unfortunately, with the reps not normally being on during the weekend, and with the holiday being on Monday, it's likely that you won't hear anything from one until at least Tuesday.  With that said, there is occasionally one on during the weekend and/or evenings, but there's no guarantee.  

 

I would, in the meantime, get a few more tests in, and please be sure to use the manual 25MB download test size if you have Gen5, or the manual 12MB download test size if you have Gen4.  Also, please try to get a few in during different times of the day, so that they can see if there is a difference.

Yeah, I'm pretty much resigned to a holiday weekend without internet :-(   I will continue to test in order to have further documentation.   Thanks!
