Called in several times with no solutions. On hold times have been 45 minutes. hour and a half phone calls checking this and that. Was told a service tech would call and shedule a time to come out this has been over a week now.

called in again found out the last tech that said they would send a live person out to check the equipment file the complaint was complete and was resolved. spent over 2 hours on the phone trying their unrsolvable slow internet and was told advanced tech would call in the next 3 days. this will be round 2 with a advance tech. I am tired of going around in circles.
