Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://community.myhughesnet.com again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the speed test results, I've passed them to the engineers investigating your case. We should be getting some kind of feedback from them this Friday or early next week.

Regarding the "This page can't be displayed" error, have you tried turning on TLS 1.0-1.2 in your internet settings? Which browser are you using? Does the error persist among all your browsers?

I upgraded to gen4 about 3 months ago, since then I have had nothing but trouble with my hughesnet service. During the free times between 2 and 6 am it works great very fast and no disconnects, but they seem to throttle me down in the evenings to less than dial-up speeds, some nights I can't even get on the net. Who is going to get up at 2 am. every morning to take care of their business.  I have called several times to get it fixed. They sent a tech. out about 2 weeks ago I was at work he told my wife that everything was fine, but when I got home I still had dial -up speed service. I have talked to customer service again and again. Now because of my contract they are telling me that it will cost me $200 to cancel my service that does not work half of the time and the other half it is slow as sh**
