Hi Bob,

Got word back from the engineers that work was completed on your gateway and their initial tests looked good. We'll need 48 hours to validate the results, so please monitor your system performance for the next two days and run speed tests so we can see if service has indeed improved. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to address your concerns.

Thanks for the help. Looks like they fixed it. Sorry I didn't respond sooner but I have been real busy. pretty consistent speeds. Not 15mb but I can live with it. Thanks again.
