weak speed

customer since 09Mar21..speed check shows 40+/1+..I have not been able to stream anything without frequent buffering

Unfortunately speed has very little to do with buffering. Buffering is from latency, congestion, and how streaming servers deal with those factors from satellite internet providers (e.g., not very well)

If you have good speeds but streaming buffers, it's likely due to congestion. Do you stream directly from a site or via a TV?
