Thanks for posting. We appreciate you being a customer for these past years. I'm also glad to hear you were happy with the service. When cancelling, as mentioned you'll be sent a return box with instructions on what items to return to us. These items are the modem, cables, and radio(on dish). As long as these are returned you should not incur any fees. We are sorry to see you go but I hope everything goes well with your next ISP.
