Bait and switch

My husband spoke with a representative on January 10 about installation and pricing. He was told $44 per month for 10 gb. We got 20gb for 59.99. A far cry from what we were told we were getting. Please review this phone call. This illegal!!!! Also the usage meter doesn’t work.

The usage meter is probably working fine. You probably just didn't know that new installations get their data refreshed periodically during the first 20 days to ensure the system is working correctly.

And we’re supposed be getting 25Mps of speed. The highest we’ve seen is 8Mbps. Right now it’s 1Mbps

Speed can't be guaranteed, though you should definitely be getting better than 1Mbps, especially at this time of day.  For a speed issue you should start a new topic in Tech Support and follow the protocol here.
