I ordered my service on 9/18/2019 and qualified for the prepaid MC rebate. I submitted all my information and it was initially declined (incorrectly). I contacted the rebate center and they verified that everything I sibmitted was in order and they would be escalating it to Hughesnet on 11/12 for a secondary review. I have not heard back and the current status says that it is unqualified.
