From install to now i am unable to get them to dissconnect my service because i cant watch movies without it buffering all the time, its been almost 4 months they keep suggesting and doing repairs or adjustment to my equipment the whole time charging me for something i was promised but am not getting.
I see this is your first post here, so welcome to our community! This morning I did run a diagnostic check on your system, as well as a speed test which returned a download speed of 17 Mbps. It does appear that we do not have an immediate solution to this issue, as you already have the best possible configurations for your HughesNet equipment.
