Don, Our escalation team should've attempted to reach out to you by now, but it doesn't seem they've made their first attempt. They're likely going to end up sending a technician to come take a look and possibly switch polarity on your dish, so I'll just save you the additional waiting time and set it up myself at this point. Hooty, From the information I've gotten, it seems there's only been one email on your account. Our escalation team was unable to find anything in regards to separated accounts, or anything of the sort. As Mark stated, emails aren't case sensitive, so it wouldn't matter whether the L in Lngtm@hughes.net was capitalized or not, as both the upper case and lower case L would work for the same email address. Colby, If you were on site when the technician arrived and worked on your service, were you able to see what exactly he did? I've been looking and waiting for an update, but on our end it states you still have a bad alignment and there isn't mention of what exactly the technician did on site, as there normally is. It shows that he went out there and completed a repair, but no mention of what that repair was. Thanks, Remy

David, You are currently on our older Gen4 Power Pro plan, which is advertised at speeds of up to 10mbps download and up to 2mbps upload. Our Gen5 plans are where we offer 25mbps down and 3mbps up, and I'd strongly recommend calling in to 1-866-347-3292 for more information on a possible upgrade to it! Thanks, Remy

Tim, I've been keeping track of the errors you've been posting, and all of the errors that I've been able to see on our end for the past couple of days to try to pin down the issue. I haven't been able to figure out whether it's the equipment, a Gateway issue, or an issue with your signal. The best solution here would likely be to send out a technician with equipment to cover all of our bases, and I'll be going ahead and sending one out shortly! David, Thank you for posting! I was able to look into your account and keep up with the errors you've been keeping track of. The normal culprit of these issues is either a Gateway issue, as maratsade and Gabe were discussing, or a general alignment issue. I looked into both, and neither seem to be an issue. In that case, the most likely issue is the equipment malfunctioning, and I've seen an influx of errors within the modem itself. I'm going to be sending you a new modem, with the fees waived. When you receive the box, it'll have a prepaid shipping label meant for return of the previous equipment. Please let us know if this new equipment resolves your issues! Thanks, Remy
