@Skipper983 Just in case, I would check to make sure that all of the power cables are snug into their appropriate sockets (power pack and at the back of modem), as they can, over time, start wiggling a bit loose. Be careful with the plug at the back of the modem, as it's somewhat delicate (it has small pins), but it would be a good idea to make sure that it's pushed all the way in.
