Over the course of 6 months I've had only two occurances of actually getting a decent speed but most days are under 1 mbps at the only time of the day that I can use my computer. I am currenting going to school online and having a very hard time to keep up with the other students and meeting due dates because of the long buffer and wait time for loading that eventualy involves crashing. With such a high cancelation fee I cant just end my service contract with you but the service I'm reciving is such poor I cant see myself paying so much for so little.
