My system light has been off for 48 hrs now. I called last night and after some troubleshooting the representative and I came to the conclusion that it was probably ice on the dish causing the issue but this morning i have completely cleared the dish off and restarted my modem and im still having the exact same issues. Diagnostic Code: 0000-0000-1600-0043 State Code: 12.7.1 -- A transmit problem has occurred I have also noticed that the IP Gateway Association State consistanly switches between "associating" and "Creating IPGW Pool"
