@becky4201, Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I definitely understand your concern regarding this. The Hulu app freezing when opening profiles on firestick is a very common issue for all customers with all internet service providers. If the other apps are working fine, then this just mean that there may be some data and information in the cache that could slow down the app. Cache files can get quite large after a while. To clear this cache, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Hulu. You'll find the options Clear cache and Clear data. If this doesn't work, I can run remote diagnostics on the equipment just to make sure. Please let me know if this improves the freezing. -Damian
