We switched our phone over to Hughes a few months ago. We are just now trying to figure out the features and were happy to discover we have voicemail. Unfortunately, we cannot access it. We were told the temporary passcode was the last four numbers of our phone number at start-up. However, it does not work and we are clueless as to what to try next. I do not want to call tech support as I cannot hear and understand them. Please, any ideas?
