Case #46386847 & 46274410 - In my city in TN, we had some bad, bad weather. However, that was over a week ago. The only light on my modem that is out is the system light. I suspect a faulty modem, but frustratingly, all the reps on the phone claim it's the weather somewhere in Montana. For over a week?! they tell is there is nothing they can do and they don't have control of the weather and they won't send a technician out to look at it. What is wrong? Where do I go from here? We rely on this modem to do work - our job here depends on it. We need this fixed asap.
