Charles, actually it wasn't on my end. When I called, it was always something on their end and even then they'd didn't feel it warranted compensation. They always suggest an upgrade which I can't afford. I live in the sticks with no other options for internet. Such is life....

I'm not griping so much about the down service as I am about NEVER having received credit when my service has been down before. I can live without the internet but I expect some sort of compensation when I have no service.

I'm in Southern VA and mine has been down since around 6 pm on 8/4. I assume I'm a Spaceway customer even though I've never heard of it. I will be looking forward too a bill credit. (Yeah, right!)
