Hello - we have had HugesNet for 1 month now and I have to say...its been the worst! We bought a brand new modem through our installer...supposed to be one that is used in hotels and such. Our system is so sluggish and Hughes answer is to shut all devices off so that just one is running at all times. Really? Phones? Tablets? Hughes can only handle one device running at a time - and even that is lousy at best. I've been on the phone with them every week -- now they are saying that we can have Tech support prioritize our devices...BUT evidently their tech support is in Bangladesh (seriously) and both times I have waited 30 minutes before hanging up. I've never gotten to tech support. This is going to be the longest two years of my life! I even work from home. Guess I should have read more into the reviews before I subscribed to this joke of an internet provider.
