I have been a subscriber for 8 years. I am/have left due to: 1. Not able to get Gen4 in western Montana, contrary to your ads. 2. I am sick and tired of having a problem and being sent to the Philipines for answers. I get lousy phone lines to them. I cannot understand them They will not transfer my call to someone in the USA. Every call is a minimum of two hours, and, I usually have to call back a second time. 3. I QUIT and have gone to a good provider, also unlimited data for less money.
