Since the community board has changed I am unable to find my previous post. Maybe Hughes Net deleted since they did not like the slowness complaint and responses. Still very frustrated with the slowness of this supposedly "high speed" internet. Hughes Net charges high fees for this service, what a rip off!!! With speeds of .21 to 2.87 they should be paying me to be with Hughes not the other way around. Customer Support, hah, takes 3 days to call back, then the give you a run around and/or spout disclaimers. Then they want you to complete a survey, who are they kidding, will it really make a difference.
