Was not properly informed of data limit or 2 yr contract; Spoke with Customer Service with no resolution. Horrible service and very dissatisfied customer. I was told upon signing up that I would have 60gb data. I was NOT told that 10gb only available thru regular hours. Nor was I told that I would be under a 2 yr contract. I was told I would have to pay $400 to cancel. This is ridiculuous! I didn't even know I was under contract! I would like a review of my initial call and this will confirm that I was seriously misled! I want to cancel my service without termination fee.
