I am in northern california on Gen 5. I was finally told today in response to extremely slow internet that my "beam" did not have enough capacity to handle the demand. What is the name of this beam? How can I find out about it? It is disappointing that when I complained about slow speed I was told by customer service that there were not any problems with my service and I have too many devices connected (which by the way is the same when the service was faster). Its only when I got a tech support callback days later and we tested my speed that I was told there was a problem with the beam. The way they handled the problem was out of integrity, trying to blame me for their problem. At least now I know they are aware of the problem and trying to fix it and they are giving me a discount. But in the meantime, I cannot do much more than email, and event that is slooooowww
