I switched from Excede to Gen 5 Hughes because I wanted a faster connection to Internet. Very disappointed since Speeds are like Excede but costs me more money per month. Called the installer about moving the dish to a more open area but he said he woud check and let me know. Still have not heard from them in about 6 weeks. Hughes is not very helpful to problems because it's usually the weather or somebody else's fault. Never Hughes. Wish they would come and get their junk and I will go to somebody else who mabe as slow but a lot cheaper.
