@gundoc63 "View/Pay Bill Without Logging In" asks you for a username and password? I just tried it and got a popup asking for my SAN and zip code, the same as it always does. Are you sure you're clicking on the right thing, as you shouldn't get a prompt for a username and password? Have you ever paid your bill using this method before?
