Every call to tech support takes forever. I am always told the problem is with my equipment and their modem NEVER fails. I have had my equipment checked by an IT professional at one of the largest companies in the world and he confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my equipment. I have asked for a replacement modem several times and they refuse to give me a new modem. Every morning, all lights on the modem are off except the power and LAN lights. I power the modem off, then back on and it is fine for 2-3 hours, then I have to power off and on again. I also had to get rid of Netflix because the modem is too slow for it to work. It also takes a minute or two to send a 120KB email with no attachments. Totally disgusted with HughsNet and I have told hundreds of people to stay away at all costs.
