This is on my wife's work computer. She connects through IE. I also tried to connect through Chrome. She can connect into her Outlook mail through "VMware" but it is extremely, to the point of unusable, Slow. She had been connecting to https://frankgates.com/exchange in with Gen4 without issue. Being a company computer several things are locked out from being able to be changed. I found an article on changing the DNS, but it wants an admin login to make any changes. Is there anything we can try to narrow down the problem? her IT department is about impossible to get help from. Thanks, Ron
