My internet was a decent speed under the 10/50 plan. Since "trialing" the 50/50 plan, it's extremely slow, even with 50GB anytime. I don't watch videos, stream movies , ONLY PAYING Bills AND SHOPPING. I have slow speed just reading Emails!! I am not SATISFIED PAYING for more GB and not any better speeds. I still can't finish IOS UPDATES, Verification.

The Cheap D-Link router that I bought from Hughes Net for twice the price was the first Rip Off. The second is reading the remarks by the Rude Champions after I posted to "Chris". I don't care if it was a post from 2 months ago, the issue STILL EXISTS!!! So how many people in this forum have bad routers, cables, configurations, etc.????? I don't need a Rude Champion's "so called knowledge" to tell me I don't know what I am talking about!! As for the Technician, he was a Honest Person unlike most with the Hughes Net Company. I don't appreciate your Attitude toward me or all the other people's post that you both reply to!!!!!

Amanda, why has my speeds on my windows laptop, IPHONES and android devices slowed even more since "trying " the 50/50 package that you suggested would have better service? I Still can't update IOS and verify. Music buffers more and what little video clips that I look at does also. This is happening all day and late into night. I have asked for you to reply to me but have not heard from you since I started the 50/50 plan. Also my phone service has gotten worse, with dropped calls and people not being able to hear me!!!! It is pretty much useless!! I constantly reboot my modem but doesn't help.

I also am having dropped calls and poor reception with house phone. People can't hear me and there is a delay from start of conversation. I had a rural internet at my previous address and it had better connection and speed and much cheaper than HughesNet. I hadno problem updating Apple products!!!

I also just ran a speed test for download. I was getting 2.67. This is rediculus, since I have the highest speed package, that is not any better than the one I started out with. Amanda needs to contact me ASAP!
