Worst ever! I hate this service! Their excuse is always "You're out of data, it will restart on the 24th every month. umm no! My payment can clear and on the same or next day it still doesn't work right. This whole year of trying to watch on demand or even a 30 second video on youtube or facebook, it always says check your internet speed, or internet connection to slow!! We had to cancel our Netflix streaming because we were never able to watch more than 5-10 minutes of a movie without it cutting off due to internet speed. What's the point of having it at all if you're paying that much and getting nothing in return. Customer Service always tries to act like it's on your end and not theirs.
