I have no dial tone....I have undone all the wiring and started from scratch. Everything is wired correctly and the power light is solid but the phone light keeps flashing.The third light is flashing.  I have done a reset and power down twice but to no success. I have no way to call in for assistance except by cell phone and I haven't been able to carry on a conversation with tech support! ... View more

Mine has been down for 6 hours.  I have made 5 calls and have been put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time...this has to be the worst customer service in the world!   ... View more
