When I go onto the 192.168.0.1 site, my SAN shows a — and there’s a red warning that says: “Your System is Not Quite Ready Once your installer has activated your modem, you will be able to complete your Service Activation and go online. If you are replacing an existing satellite modem, please wait while your new modem completes activation.” I reset it several times and every time the lights will come on then turn off and not come back on and stay on no matter how long I wait. The lights will flash occasionally; but, nothing is working properly. I have tried unplugging it (leaving it unpluged for a while), I have tried plugging it in to a different outlet, I checked all the connections to make sure everything is connected properly.
