I just had my internet installed on Feb 6th and on feb 8th it stopped working. My modem lights on system, transmit and receive do not light up. I called hughesnet and they ran all the tests and said its the modem and they would call back within 24-48 hrs to set up a time for a technician to come out. Needless to say nobody called. Called again today and they are saying it will be almost a week before anyone can get here. This is unacceptable!..I don't understand why a new modem can't be sent out and the old one returned..So disappointed in their service!
