Hello, unfortunately I have tried about everything on the list there, so I'm at the "contact your ISP" step. @GabeU the tv is not connected via wifi, it's a hardline about 5' long. @Damian I'm unsure what that MAC address is to, there are only five devices that I have given access to my network: the Roku TV (wired), Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9, and two Pixel 2 XLs. When I open the Prime Video app on the TV, I get a message that my internet connection is not available. However, I noticed one day that if I left it there for a few minutes it came on. I've only seen this once and haven't had a chance to try it more. Would this possibly be due to the higher latency?
