Just cancel out your message and create a new one and the error will go away. ok, will do. I want to add that my home camera that operates using wi-fi quit working about 3-4 weeks ago. I have been troubleshooting with their tech support and here's the latest response (Dec 6, 2019): "Hello Theresa, Thank you very much for your reply and for the code provided. We ran the RouteThis test and it detected that the majority of speed appears to be lost beyond the router. The possible reasons for this may be a bad Ethernet cable to modem or in the ISPs infrastructure. In this case, an unexpected slowing down of your internet speed and even some short disconnections as a result of the mentioned above are the reasons for the connection issues with your camera. We suggest you to relocate the camera closer to the WiFi router, then take the batteries out for 10 seconds and then try to re-onboard the camera once again." I have have relocated my camera (many times) to be within 4 feet of the wi-fi router. I have removed the batteries as well as replaced them. The error message reads consistently reads, "The camera did not connect to the Blink cloud. Is the camera in range of your Wi-Fi router?" Iseedeadpeople wrote: My downloads are 25MB.
