We had a storm come through last Thursday and a limb fell on our satellite dish. I have not had internet service since then. I have called the customer support line twice with no fix. We have went through all the processes and it will not come back up. The code it gives is 11.2.1 which according to the lady I talked to means the satellite is not communicating with my on site dish. I’m pretty sure the limb knocked the dish out of line with the satellite and needs to be repositioned but the support people refuse to send a service tech out to check the dish. I have no phone service at my house so I really need my WiFi back up to be able To make calls and WiFi text.
