Error 500.02.1005

Hello all

 

I updated my modem to fusion on 12/22 and it worked great the 1st day it was installed. The days following the install our “Ping” is reading at 352 when it originally was running at 80. 

I am not able to view my usage and neither is hughesnet. We are seeing the error message 500.02.1005……..some techs have told me its an outage that is effecting my area but the last tech i spoke with said there are no outages effecting my area. Has anyone else seen this error before and how was it fixed? 

please help! We want our internet to run like the company promised it would!
