Currently investigating e-mail

Hello,

 

Hughes.net e-mail access, particularly via 3rd party e-mail apps such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail, and Thunderbird is yielding an error so our engineers are currently working to address this. 

 

We thank you for your patience and understanding, once we have further updates I'll post back here.

Hello!

 

Our engineers have made a change to address this, please confirm if you're able to access e-mail again. I've received one confirmation so far from another customer who posted here in the community.
