EBB? ACP? What's the difference?

For a number of you, you already know that EBB is the Emergency Broadband Benefit, which is an FCC program that will provide a discount towards broadband service for eligible households, and are signed up for this.

You should have received notice that the EBB has been replaced by the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The benefit will change from up to $50 per month to up to $30 per month for households not located on qualifying Tribal lands.

If you want to look into signing up for the ACP, check out our site here: hughesnet.com/acp

For more details about the ACP, check out our FAQ article.
