I am pretty much done with HN. The service is unusable, I've been promised help by the techs but then have been told to wait, and I'm done waiting. It is ridiculous and I can't even fathom how a company would provide such poor service and still be okay with charging what they charge. So many have had issues but has HN offered anything?
With that said, has anyone had any luck cancelling service and not being charged the cancellation fee? I can't imagine how they could hold anyone to a contract with known issues with their service.
Anyone?
