I am writing my own thread now. It has been a couple of months of slow speeds. They have improved and now during the day it may reach up to 10 mb/sec download and at night I am lucky to get 4mb/sec but that still isn't what I am paying for.
Video's keep buffering or taking a long time to load. (yes, I have switched off the video data saver to see if that helps)
Music streams Ok but it does go out and can't work. At night it is worse. I am going to do more speed tests and begin posting them here because that is what @Liz said to do.
I have switched between the Hughes HT2000W wireless router and my Netgear Nighthawk router to see if that changes anything and have ran test hardwired.
Below is my latest test will begin testing morning, noon, and night. I hope they credit my account until the fix is stable and what I was getting in the beginning. When I switched to Gen 5 in the Summer time I thought they have finally improved their network for the 21st Century. I have faith they will find the fix and I have been a long term customer since 2004 when it was Direcway.

Thanks for posting and providing these speed tests, for now don't worry about doing any more. We are expecting a general update from engineering regarding speed concerns this week.
