I have noticed that since April all me e-mails are getting bounced back. Recently I tries to send e-mail to my self and it was bounced back. My wife has also had issues that cannot send e-maisl at all. She gets an error and it does not even send.
For my Hughes.net e-mail account I can the error
"email@example.com on 5/19/2021 11:16 AM
554 5.7.1 Message has been rejected due to suspected spam content."
This error appears no matter what service (ex gmail) I am sending to.
The HughesNet reps are here M-F during business hours. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to get a response from them, so be sure to check every day.
