Can someone please tell me what State Code 22.1.10 is?

Internet has been down for 2 days and they are not sending a tech out until next Thursday. Tech support over the phone did no help. Can someone please tell me what this code means? It is also saying that my system is not quite ready. I've been a customer for over 5 years and never had this issue. Its the HT1100 modem. Thanks in advance.

It means that there has been data corruption of an important files on the terminal, it will require a technician to either come out and replace the modem, or attempt to reupload the files needed for it.  Chances are they will have to replace the modem, system data doesn't corrupt usually unless there is a hardware failure.
