I tried to go through the steps to change UPnP settings. My issue is the save button on this setting and my admin password settings will not work. I have sat here touching it over and over again. It will not work.
What do you mean exactly when you say the admin password settings dont work? There is only one Administrator password, and only one setting for that, and that's the actual password for Administrator. If you are talking about wifi passphrases that would be a different thing, sort of.
Either case, list what browsers and versions you have tried.
