We had a tech come out and readjust the dish a few months ago. Nothing has changed. We can't load a webpage without buffering. We can't watch YouTube. We haven't bothered wasting our money with a streaming subscription since we're wasting it on horrible internet. We thought we'd try reaching out through here for any help or ideas.
Your best bet is to wait for the HughesNet reps on this site to check your account and see what may be wrong, if anything. You may need to follow some troubleshooting steps, too. The reps are here M-F during business hours. Give them a chance to check things and get back to you.
