Hi. I have been unable to connect to the internet for the last 2 days. The top light on my Gen4 receiver is not lit. Cannot even get to my modem page. I went to work one afternoon and when I came home I was unable to get online. I beleive this is a problem on the Hughesnet end and not at home. No storms or wind or odd weather whatsoever. Please help!
Using WiFi? Connect directly by LAN cable to the modem, see if you have connection. The top light is your LAN connection to the modem. If not lit then means modem is not seeing anything connected to it.
Do you have a spare cable to try? Did you move the equipment recently? Make sure the cable is connected securely. Should hear a click when pushed in all the way.
