When I try to check my data usage in my account, I get a message "bandwith cannot be checked at this time.(CC:Fap-1)
This is day 3 of this message.
Where are you going to check usage? For a quickie view of your usage, you can click "my usage" at the top of the community pages.
Get this message using My Usage at top of this screen. "oops we ran in to an issue retrieving this information. Please try again later."
I'll tag the reps, as this is something they will have to look into.
With this said, the reps will not be back until Tuesday due to the holiday, and it can take them up to 48 hours to reply.
Have not heard from Tech support as to why I cannot check My usage. It has been over a week since I could see it.
