Curious discrepancy

I looked at my usage this morning and thought it seemed a little high at 1.1GB

A peek at the download status meter shows about 409 MB used on June 7th:

A look at the History shows about the same:

Looking at Glasswire for my main machine shows usage of 253.7 MB but I do have a router and wireless devices:

A look at my router for that day shows total usage of 252.58 MB for all devices:

Hughes claim of 408 versus my routers claim of 252 is a pretty good descrepancy.

Any thoughts?

Hi Gwalk,

 

Thanks for posting and providing all these details. That is curious, so I checked our reports to see if therehave been any outages or degradations affecting usage reporting, but nothing of the sort from this past week. I also ran diagnostics, and the only thing is that I would suggest after looking at your site is a radio replacement and a repeak of your dish. Please check your PMs as I will further discuss your diagnostics.

I just checked PM's and its empty.

 

I just got a call from "RSI" ..... opps.

I took it to be another spam call, Hope it wasn't Hughes's repair faclility !

 

I think you checked your inbox right before I was able to get my PM out.

 

And I didn't send a tech! Yet! LOL I wouldn't think you'd get a call from our RSI...

Just got the PM and replied.

Yes, that would have been quick.

Most likely the call was another offer for a backbrace or hearing aids, or even "Heather" from Card Services with yet another special offer Smiley LOL

You have Gen5, right?  Welcome to my world.  

 

I just looked at a bunch of days from last month and saw that there was a discrepency on almost every one of them, with Hughes' tally being higher.

Ah.  Well, it's still similar to what I'm experiencing.

Hi Liz,

I had a 2-5pm window with Turning Point.

Installer arrived at about 2:30pm after calling that he was about 5 min. out.

Changed the radio and did a minor repoint.

Sig was 94 with heavy cloud cover. 95 after re-peak.

He greased the connector and tightend all mounting bolts.

Up and running. He left about 3:30.
