Day 11 with no internet

Haven't had any luck in till yesterday costumer service keeps saying it's due to weather. So frustrating... I spent 2 hours on the phone I repeat 2 hours!! Worst part... My neighbor who lives 400 ft from me is having no issues! Finally have a tech coming tomorrow... But knowing my luck it's going to be raining or something!

Welcome to the community. We appreciate the post today, I just want to make sure I am understanding correctly. A tech has been unable to make it out to your home due to weather? Or, that your service is suffering due to weather? Unless you have heavy snow that makes your location inaccessible a tech should have no problem reaching you. Keep us posted on what happens, and if we can provide assistance, we will.
