Disappearing Data

DatA is being used even when there is nothing turned on!! Laptop and Kindle has been turned off all day, and almost all data has been used. I called about this happening before. No resolution! I'm ready to Cancel.

For data disappearance issues, you need to run what's called a modem isolation test.  The following is a diagram explaining what to do...



With regard to #8, you would post the screen shots in this thread.  

You can use the snipping tool built into Windows to take, save and post the screenshots.
